    为错误条件赋值内容。

    1) 为枚举 e 赋值错误条件。实际效果是调用 make_error_condition（该函数仅通过 实参依赖查找 找到 e），然后用其结果替换 *this。仅当 std::is_error_condition_enum<ErrorConditionEnum>::value 是 true 时，此重载才会参与重载决议。
    2,3) 隐式定义的复制赋值运算符和移动赋值运算符将 other 的内容赋给 *this。
