    int ispunct ( int ch ) ;

    检查给定字符在当前C语言区域设置中是否为标点字符。默认C区域设置将字符 !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~ 分类为标点字符。

    如果 ch 的值无法表示为 unsigned char 且不等于 EOF ，则行为未定义。

    如果字符是标点符号，则返回非零值；否则返回零。
