检查给定的宽字符是否为空白字符，即空格（ 0x20 ）、换页（ 0x0c ）、换行（ 0x0a ）、回车（ 0x0d ）、水平制表（ 0x09 ）、垂直制表（ 0x0b ）或特定于当前区域设置的任何空白字符。

返回值

若宽字符为空白字符则返回非零值，否则返回零。

注释

ISO 30112 将POSIX空白字符定义为Unicode字符U+0009..U+000D、U+0020、U+1680、U+180E、U+2000..U+2006、U+2008..U+200A、U+2028、U+2029、U+205F和U+3000。
