构造一个 cartesian_product_view

1) 默认构造函数。 默认初始化 底层数据成员 base_
2) 通过使用 std :: move ( first_base ) , std :: move ( bases ) ... 进行初始化,移动构造底层 base_

参数

first_base - 首个需要适配的视图对象
bases - 需要适配的视图对象包
