比较 x 的底层迭代器与 y 的底层哨位。

令 last_ele_ 表示 x 的底层迭代器，end_ 表示 y 的底层哨位。

等价于：return x.last_ele_ == y.end_;。

此函数不合格或有限定查找对于普通实参依赖查找不可见，仅在 slide_view::sentinel 是实参的关联类时可以通过

!=运算符是从 合成的 operator== 找到。
