std::chrono:: operator<< (std::chrono::month_day_last)

其中 STATICALLY_WIDEN < CharT > ( "{:L}/last" ) 当 CharT 为 char 时表示 "{:L}/last" ，当 CharT 为 wchar_t 时表示 L "{:L}/last" 。
