宏常量 FE_DFL_ENV 展开为类型 const fenv_t * 的表达式,该表达式指向默认浮点环境的完整副本,即程序启动时加载的环境。

实现可能支持其他以 FE_ 开头后接大写字母的宏,这些宏具有类型 const fenv_t *
