    检查给定宽字符在当前C语言区域设置中是否被分类为空白字符（即用于分隔句子中单词的空白字符）。在默认C语言区域设置中，只有空格（ 0x20 ）和水平制表符（ 0x09 ）属于空白字符。

    如果 ch 的值既不能表示为 wchar_t 类型，也不等于宏 WEOF 的值，则行为是未定义的。

    若宽字符为空白字符则返回非零值，否则返回零。

    注释

    ISO 30112 将POSIX空白字符定义为Unicode字符U+0009、U+0020、U+1680、U+180E、U+2000至U+2006、U+2008、U+200A、U+205F和U+3000。
