    int iswpunct ( std:: wint_t ch ) ;

    检查给定的宽字符是否为标点符号，即该字符属于 !"#$%&'()*+,-./:;<=>?@[\]^_`{|}~ 中的任一字符，或属于当前区域设置特定的任何标点字符。

    如果 ch 的值既不能表示为 wchar_t 类型，也不等于宏 WEOF 的值，则行为是未定义的。

    若宽字符为标点符号则返回非零值，否则返回零。

    注释

    ISO 30112 规定了哪些Unicode字符被包含在POSIX punct类别中。
