基于底层范围比较同一布局类型的两个布局映射。

布局映射 lhs 和 rhs 在满足以下条件时被视为相等：当且仅当 lhs. extents ( ) 与 rhs. extents ( ) 两者相等。

此重载仅当 extents_type :: rank ( ) == OtherExtents :: rank ( ) 为 true 时参与重载决议。
