指定范围内的元素按照 comp proj 进行排序,该范围原本是相对于 comp proj 。排序后的范围不再保持堆属性。

1) 指定范围是 [ first , last )
2) 指定范围为 r

如果指定范围相对于 comp proj 不构成堆,则行为未定义。
